The project is a comfort-class residential complex in Krasnoyarsk with an unconventional zigzag configuration and an open arched space in the central section. The complex, with its varied-height volumes, creates an impressive cascading silhouette, allowing for unique apartment layouts with private terraces, improved sunlight exposure, and no shading of neighboring buildings.
The variable-height building (4–17 floors) includes one- , two- , and three-bedroom apartments, as well as studios. Part of the ground floor is allocated for commercial spaces. The underground level accommodates parking, storage rooms, and technical facilities.
A three-level public terrace on the roof offers panoramic views of the city, including the Yenisei River and surrounding mountains. In 2024, the project received a first-degree diploma at the “ArchConception” architectural competition. At the time of submission for the award, the project had received a positive expert review.
