Villa «ZHAVA» exemplifies contemporary sustainable architecture by integrating nature and innovative design. Positioned partially below the ocean surface, it leverages water’s natural thermal capacity to moderate heat, reducing the need for energy intensive cooling. The structure employs advanced air capsule technology, allowing stability and adaptability to changing water levels while anchored securely to rock. Interiors combine minimalist design with natural materials, offering warm, inviting spaces and immersive ocean views. Communal areas below the waterline provide a unique experience of living within the sea, enhanced by light reflections from the water. Built with water resistant materials and adhering to environmental standards, Villa ZHAVA achieves durability, harmony with its surroundings, and a serene, cool environment setting a model for intelligent, nature integrated living.
