About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project is a complex of terraced residential houses inspired by the peoples of the northern part of the Leningrad Region. The houses are designed in the classical Russian style with meticulous details of Finno-Ugric ornaments on each gable, distinguishing them from one another.
The composition surrounds the plot to ensure that the internal space is completely private for the residents. A playground and quiet relaxation zones are located away from cars, creating a calm and cozy environment.
