Znatny Residential Complex

About the project (provided by the applicant)
Znatny Residential Complex combines the intimacy and privacy of the old blocks in the Moskovsky District with contemporary signature architecture, creating a unique building where style and historic character form the core value.
The project’s philosophy is tied to the site’s history: Znatny is built on the former “Petersburg Macaroni Factory,” founded in 1914. Redeveloping this industrial site into a residential quarter preserves the historical spirit, highlighted through architectural and interior details.
Concise design, precise geometry, and a refined color palette integrate the complex harmoniously into the district’s historic fabric. Brick façades and industrial design accents—copper elements in lobby lighting fixtures and elevator hall finishes—enhance authenticity and depth of context. The variety of materials creates a decorative interplay of textures and tones.
