Elena Komissarova graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics in 1988 and holds an MBA degree.
Since 1999, she has held senior positions in such companies as Siberian Aluminum, Glavstroy, and Bazovyi Element. He has extensive management experience in various industries. Currently, Elena Komissarova is the CEO and a member of the Board of directors at SMART HOLDING Group, the CEO and a member of the Board of directors at BEL Development Group. She is a member of the Coordinating Council of the Guild of Managers and Developers, a member of the Board of the Moscow Investors Association.
