Project
Why is so beautiful living over the Paraná?

Category
Best Project of Private Residence

About the project (provided by the applicant)
This plot is part of a quiet urbanization «La Juanita», that offers a beautiful natural setting with a gently sloping topography that enriches the experience with the environment. A welcoming courtyard is the heart of the composition, passing through the space vertically through a wide variety of native trees. The expansion towards the landscape through terraces and balconies invites integration with the environment. A milestone at the end of the plot, the BBQ area, shows us the starting point of a path towards the river shore where at the end, a dock with a lounge to enjoy the sunsets in a completely natural context. The house turns to nature and invites to live over the Parana River.
