About the project
It embraced nine 10- to 14-storey buildings, totally counting to 4,800 apartments.
All the new houses are designed in compliance with modern European standards and have vehicle-free courtyards with recreation sites and children playgrounds. Underground parkings are topped by amphitheaters for local events. Moreover, the will be a school and a kindergarten with a pool.
