About the project
«Eivan Sepand residential project was designed for one of my old clients. Since he had a partner and the site of project was located in the 1st region of Tehran, and target market was wealthy people, kind of design in matter of being up to date was important within the competitive market. The main concept of the project comes from Iranian Traditional Carpet with combination of modern ideas using green areas in elevation. In term of plans, full amenities and services in common spaces was the main goal. Now it is under construction by one of top 3 builders in Iran and I am leading the project».
