ÁLADA is a mixed-use vertical residential project located in Zapopan. With 42,889.77 m² of pure construction, it shows its magnitude before several around it. It is a proposal that stands out because in an original and efficient way, it covers the needs and demands of families to offer them the lifestyle they want. Composed of 4 towers placed in such a way that they all have unique views.
With 19 blocks of four levels of apartments for a total of 152 units, the project is surrounded by vegetation and landscape, has a privileged location, integrated spaces, privacy, and spaces for recreation.
