About the project
The concept of this project was derived from David Clynk so we had to feature in that project giving much life to it.
In our way of this project it's a residential building having a single floor with a nice finishing of concrete, off-white painting, wood sidings and marble tile in some areas.
We introduced vegetations around the building to give a touch of nature and also make it conducive for the occupants.
The building contains an entry, main lounge, dining area open kitchen, laundry, storage, 3bedrooms (ensuite) backyard garden and a small pool, gym area, stair hall, study area, mini lounge, kitchenette and void from the upstairs viewing the main lounge on the ground floor.
There's a parking lot at the from of building as shown in the 3D visualizations.
