About the project
This library division is a part of the centralized system established in Orsk. It is located in a dynamically developing district with extensive infrastructure, and that’s why the authors had not only to upgrade the facility but integrate it into the urban environment and make it a driver for social climate enhancement. The upgraded facility was named ‘Five Citizens’ and is intended for different groups — kids, teens, adults, senior citizens, and the disabled, too. The key theme in this design is a tram, which is the social brand of Orsk. The new library is a place where the citizens can further master their creative, intellectual, and personal skills.
