About the project
The building has 3 sections, but only one of them – te 2-storey block — outlooks the street. Built in the end of the 19th century, it was readjusted to house a restaurant and some retail premises. The other two blocks are located in the patio accessible through an arch, painted soft gold.
The facade of the youngest building is clad with granite. To readjust the old building for the new function, several careful interventions were required. Windows on the old facade were restored in compliance with the initial project and framed with granite.
