About the project
The facility was inspired by the old architecture of the city and the unique terrains of the Northern Italy. Typically for bionics, the house is designed as a single volume, in compliance with basic energy efficiency guidelines. It has storm water collectors and solar panels. The existing structures of the production building were preserved and made part of the design.
