About the project
Agios is the largest handmade wooden complex at Cyprus, comprising residential houses, two bathhouses, a garage and an entrance group of about 2,000 m2. Traditionally, local developments are built of stone and concrete, but in the woods not far from Limassol seasonal fluctuations can be observed, more typical for Russian midlands.
All the materials were brought from Russia, first of all – top-quality Siberian cedar. The log construction was made at Smart Wood’s site at the outskirts of Moscow and delivered to the island by sea.
