About the project
The project involves the reconstruction of 4 old residential buildings. It increases the floor area of apartments and includes building rooftop additions. One of the goals is to make the apartments highly comfortable and ensure easy access of the residents to landscaped terraces. To increase the area of landscaping, the design concept entails building rooftop gardens.
Three underground parking lots will ensure sufficient number of parking spaces. The facades are finished with natural materials.
