Project
ALUSTON: design concept for a park and an esplanade in Alushta

Nomination
Best Project of Public Space by a Student

About the project
ALUSTON is a power-independent cluster of the park and esplanade development in the Crimea. The project offers a comfortable and multifunctional environment for different social groups, as well as careful introduction of renewable power sources. The site is divided into dedicated zones – sun, water, and wind. Wind driven power plants are integrated into architectural solutions and the environment, ensuring self-sustainment of the park and the esplanade. ALUSTON will become a new site of attraction for doing science, walking, leisure and recreation – both for locals and tourists.
