About the project
A mixed-use skyscraper located in the city of Puebla, Mexico. It features both commercial and residential spaces, with 41 levels, a final height of 170 meters above street level, 4 basement parking levels, and a total area of 100,000.00 m2.
The tower's program includes a commercial area with retail, restaurants, and incredible outdoor terraces on the first 2 levels. From levels 3 to 29, the tower offers a variety of apartment types, including garden houses, 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed units, ranging from 50 m2 to 240 m2. The penthouses are located from levels 30 to 35, with one unit per level and an average area of 500 square meters, providing 360-degree city views. All apartments have terraces to connect the interior with outdoor living. The amenities are distributed vertically within the tower, taking inspiration from the concept of the University Club building in New York.
