About the project
Previously, the garden area was used for practical training of UNNATS (young naturalists). At the moment, the territory is not properly maintained, so the garden is overgrown and no longer fulfills its functions.
The advantageous location in the central part of the city attracts developers, so a hotel here is a relevant project today.
As a reference to the history of the place, elements of Pskov architecture are used on the facades of the building, and apple trees are planted in the courtyard.
