This is a club family house designed in a private part of the Krestovsky Island. Newly built apartments are commissioned with designer furniture, natural material finishing, and the equipment made by the top world’s brands. A luxurious lobby, a 600 sq. m. SPA with a pool, a two-level parking, and a private pier - all the design solutions both as regards to the utilities and beautification are really more than one would expect from a de luxe development.
