About the project
The main façade overlooking the Bolshaya Nevka features a regular net of windows highlighted with geometrically located bay windows. Dynamic properties of the façade fill the building with energy, which really corresponds to the building’s function.
As the architects concentrated on the remarkable shape, they chose a neutral pallet. Texture and shape of ceramic tiles on the main façade imitates wood, endwalls are clad with graphite-colored panels, imitating slate stone.
Avenue Page is the largest St. Petersburg’s coworking venue of 5 thousand m2. It houses a conference hall for 40 people, several meeting rooms, a lounge zone, a café, and a bar zone with a view on the roof.
