About the project
This development is rectangular, formed by two U-shaped buildings, each of them comprising seven units. There are three types of units here: linear (type A), linear (type B) and corner-type.
Buildings are from 5 to 7 floors high. The ground floor is intended for commercial facilities and has a height of 6.6 m. Floors from the first one and higher have ceilings of 3.3 meters. Within the estate premises, there are parking zones at levels 0.000 and +3.3 meters, whereas the inner yard is located at the level of +6.6 meters. The building can be accessed both from the street, two parking areas, and from the yard at the level of 6.6 meters.
The inner yard is designed with children playgrounds and recreational amenities for residents.
