About the project
The Bunin residential estate features designer architecture, unique concept and comfortable living space.
The architectural composition symbolically represents piles of books – both vertical and horizontal ones. The facades will feature pixel reproductions of Kustodiev’s Apple Grove. The beautification concept here is based on landscaping paintings by Kustodiev and Levitan.
The project provides for a yard closed off to vehicles, with children’s eco playgrounds, leisure zones, underground parking, sports area with athletic and bicycle tracks, as well as sites for playing volleyball, mini football, streetball and many more. Moreover, thereisapinepark.
