About the project
The project was inspired by the architectural designs of Spain, Italy, and France. On the other hand, it was necessary to remember about the climate pattern in the district. In summer, air can be very hot, so this was what defined the layout: the bedroom and the gym are in the north-west, the children’s rooms are in the south-east, and provisions are made for planting the trees that would provide enough shadow. Antiskid floor tiling, heated porches, sloped roofing – these are the provisions intended to help the house dwellers during winter. French windows, sun-colored facades, and lots of decorations plus an outdoor patio for al fresco dinners and the swimming pool, accessible from the master bedroom create the atmosphere of a vacation at the sea.
