Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project

About the project
Casa CiP is a bright and panoramic, large and spacious apartment, with high ceiling vaults and a roof top also equipped with a mini-pool: the project of full renovation redesigned the two floors of an ancient house built in the late 19th century, dwelling at the gates of the historic center of Polignano a Mare, Puglia.
The building was abandoned by years and it was in a very bad state of conservation; the «patina» left by time in the interior, on the tuff walls and on the cementine floors that are among the characterizing elements of the place. To the main apartment is flanked on the same floor by a small annexe (studio) connected but also equipped with independent entrance. The new finishes and the masonry furnishings, even the details conform to the simple style of the mediterranean house with its typical visible architectures.
