Best Implemented Project of Private Residence

About the project
Casa Portobello II stands out as a prime example of architectural creativity, marking the inaugural venture of the Reyes Santiváñez Group into the realm of construction. Its bold design and curved facade made of reinforced concrete seamlessly blend with the natural surroundings.
The architecture envelops visitors, thanks to its embracing curved beam facade. It harmoniously integrates three composition blocks – private, social, and service – from left to right, with the focal point on an imposing double-height space.
Portobello II House aims for a harmonious coexistence with nature, featuring expansive windows that welcome in natural light, creating a warm and invigorating atmosphere. Its well-balanced layout encompasses communal spaces and intimate corners, offering a harmonious experience.
This project goes beyond aesthetics, showcasing the collaboration of visionary minds that turned ideas into tangible reality.
