Best Implemented Project of Private Residence

About the project
The great balance was the premise of this project, we obtained vertical magnitude from a land with reduced width, only 10 meters (approximately 33 feet).
Designed for a young couple, it is entirely contemporary, matching the client’s profile. Well positioned, the house becomes a visual highlight, on the inside it possesses a spectacular view, providing full amplitude to the environment.
With integrated common areas the kitchen is visually hidden from the main entrance, creating the required privacy. Joining the internal areas, we have the gourmet space, connected to a huge glass door, allowing natural illumination and crossed ventilation, making the house wider and airy.
The staircase design prevents visual excessiveness; however, it naturally stands out due to its constructive process.
With a two-story high ceiling the feeling of amplitude is strengthened as the house has a reduced square meter size.
