About the project
This villa is located in the fields of Mara, Damavand, where the location is surrounded by a river on one side and a mountain on the other side. In our initial site visit, the calming environment which was a symbol of living and circulation, inspired us to create a form which is compatible with nature and reflects its virtual power as well.
Inspired by the idea of connecting river and mountain, we tried to find a regularity in the irregular waves of the river to form the initial walls of this villa. All these walls extruded to the roof and connected to each other to shape 4 peaks (chartigh) and the reason behind that was the fact that Damavand is the highest peak in Iran and Middle east and we wanted to display a symbol of this mountain in our building.
In addition to respecting nature, we tried to meet all the needs of the client. This villa consists of four floors with an area of approximately 300 square meters of infrastructure which provides all the requested spaces of the client.
