Category
Best Project of Building or Facility by Student

About the project
The design site is located on the Churkin Cusp. Together with the Krestovaya Peak, it forms the entrance to the Zolotoy Rog Bay.
One of the major objectives for the designer was to carefully integrate this high-rise development into the natural environment without much damage caused to living organisms. The project intends to recover biodiversity here that was lost due to construction of all sorts of industrial and urban utilities.  At the lower level, the poium of the Primorye south will be restored, and above it there will be mountains.  The floral design of this development was chosen after a detailed research of the plants typical for fields and mountains of the Primorye Territory and the Far East Region.
