The design program was to create a public building that resonates the ethos of architecture in India. The design symbolizes a combined art interpretation of architectural ideas of modern architects on India. The design houses a complete formulation of education, administration and cultural awareness. The space is an evolution from the number zero that also symbolises the start point of creating awareness.
