Concert Hall in Warsaw

Best Project of Public Building or Facility

About the project
Inspired by Chopin’s music, the architectural concept of the Warsaw Concert Hall is based on the duality of the urban context and a cloud.
The space of the square is dictated by the existing context. Looking integral and solid, the designed building comprises an elegant concert space and some utility rooms. Thanks to the raised floor, the building floats above the square level. The cloud-like building seems to swim above the old town.
