About the project
A house of 434 m2 on a flat site for a large family expecting friends and relatives to drop by. An extensive and private courtyard with a pond can be accesses from the sitting room, the kitchen, and the swimming pool. Thus, the house becomes integrated with the courtyard. The swimming pool has a view over the pond, and the entire site is visible from the first-floor bedroom windows.
The garage and the boiler house are separated from the main house with a car shelter. The project comprises all the necessary functions of a typical country house: a living space, a recreation zone with a swimming pool, a SPA site, a study, and game rooms for the kids.
