About the project
This building is located in the center of Sochi, at the corner of Morskoy Lane and Kurortny Prospect. It is an apartment-hotel with 33 suites and an underground parking zone.
The project offers a great view over the sea and the park. A restaurant is designed in the ground floor.
Walls of the building are cast reinforced concrete. Façade finishing is plastering and painting. The ground floor is decorated with composite wood-like panels.
