About the project
The manor is located in an old district of Zelenogorsk. Its front facade and the front stairs are seen perfectly from the nearest streets. That’s why beside the practical objective of making a canopy over the stairs its was also necessary to add some highlight to the appearance of the house. The structural specifics of the place suggested using the dragon theme, so popular in similar umbrella-type canopies dating back to old times. The dragons, the support brackets, and the finial were hot forged manually.
