Elysium Haven Hotel — the celestial retreat of excellence and exclusivity

Best Project of Building or Facility by Student

About the project
The project aims to support the Cuban economy through luxury tourism. In order to do this, the architectural design and program aims to majestically lift The Elysium Haven Hotel into the heart of a paradisiacal beach setting, creating a haven of luxury where excellence and exclusivity intertwine to create an unforgettable experience. The true passion lies in providing a heavenly haven for guests, from the moment the threshold is crossed, visitors are transported to a dream world where sky and sea merge in an ethereal dance. The fluid spaces and sinuous lines of the architectural design evoke the serenity and harmony of the waves that caress the shore.

Orlando Lázaro Pérez Odelín: «I am a passionate architecture student in the last semester of the architecture school at the José Antonio Echeverría University, also known as „Cujae“, in Havana, Cuba. I am 23 years old and I am passionate about art in all its manifestations. I have dedicated myself to learning about them since I can remember, with the intention of combining them in the best way throughout my life.»
