About the project
This residential estate with four 12-storey facilities was built at the Makarov Embankment, the Vasilievsky Island. Its highlight is the fountain in the no-vehicle yard with exclusive eco-friendly playgrounds.
The estate is designed in the modern style – its suspended ventilated cladding is finished with ceramic granite tiling of contrasting hues from milk white and graphite black to various shades of green.
The square garden has all kinds of trees – cedars, lilac bushes, white cornel, juniper, birches, rowans, maples, and salvia nemorosa.
