About the project
Paragon on the Neva is a residential development on the front shoreline of the Neva. There are 838 apartments in 16 units of 8 to 18 floors high. The style of the project is the industrial architecture of the 19th century.
Red brick and concrete, extensive glazed spans, and laconic shapes help the buildings fit into the existing development.
70% of the apartments will have unique views, and apartments on the top floors will have access to private terraces. Moreover, there will be some urban villas: one- and two-level flats with private entrance and exit.
