About the project
Olga Chizhova’s city estate was built in 1905 according to the design of military engineer Ivan Tulaev and rebuilt in 1909 by architect Boris Schnaubert.
This project included restoration of the facades, including restoration and renovation of belt courses and stucco decorations, external plastering of the walls and the pedestal, restoration of porches and the open veranda, installation of decorative baskets under outdoor AC units, replacement of the roofing, as well as restoration of chimneys and smoke holes.
