About the project
In this project, the main concern was to maximize the usage of land for public use in a way that people would know how to use the site and it would be legible for them. In order to do that, a main pathway is designed between the main and secondary entrance to the site. Also, to emphasize the main concept which is legibility and for not losing it in upper floors, there would be bridge connections.
The building would be fully glazed but also there would be louver shading elements all around the building, for not having harsh sun inside the building. The reason 'red' color is used in the complex is because red has the strongest emotion of any other color and increases energy, passion and excitement in people.
