About the project
The business-class residential development Familia will be built along Petrovsky Prospect and comprise three blocks. On the outside, the complex refers to the classic St. Petersburg styles – northern modern and art deco. Decorative elements on the facades made of architectural concrete resemble tree silhouettes, referring to the Petrovsky Park which is only a 700 meters’ walk away.
Step-like terraces on the top floors make the development more dynamic and the façade line – less monotonous. Thin panoramic window openings and laconic beige hues with graphite highlights denote the premium level of the complex, and the artistic lighting will catch the eyes of passers-by.
