About the project
The 3 hectare site is located in a village not far from the Visla river. The fertile soil is good for gardening, and the extensive area offers great livestock breeding opportunities. Located away from the village center, the new farm will easily integrate into its life without interfering into the villagers’ routines.
There will be the house for the farmer family, the barn, the gardens, and the ranging fields. The cultural center is intended for tourists, who can also stay there. The inspiration for the designer was in the cabins typical for this region of Poland. Protruding window units and chimneys along with skylight windows and lamel bars made the traditional shapes look up-to-date.
