About the project
The project tries to respond to regional and extra-regional needs.
Concept strategy:
- Maintain the skyline. Respect the backdrop of the city of Tehran, which are the mountains of Shemiranat, and the alignment with the slopes of these mountains.
- Soil conservation. By creating a green space on the upper level of the project, we will see the land in a unified way in the top view, and this will make us have the least impact on the environment.
