About the project
During our lives, we experience many changes and with this, it is often necessary that the spaces we use also change. The house is one of those spaces that we usually buy/ build once in a lifetime and use forever, but since the family changes over the years, it is often necessary for the house to change, so modular houses are flexible depending on our requirements are indispensable nowadays. This house consists of 27 Modules with dimensions of 6x6m distributed on three floors, which offers many opportunities for organizing living spaces within it.
The typologies in which this villa can be transformed are Atrium House, Terraced House, Twin House, or Pavilion House.
This house is a pavilion house and can be built even in urban areas where buildings are very close and since in this model all the windows are oriented towards the side courtyards, the exterior facades do not open, in to provide residents with intimacy and interconnection of indoor and outdoor spaces.
