About the project
This park is designed at the USA-Mexico border. Stage 1 implies building a pier that starts at the neutral lands. In the perspective, it will connect the existing embankment on the Mexican border with its extension in the USA.
The double-deck pier embraces viewing platform, a promenade with sun canopies and a pavilion - a landmark in the end of the pier. The pavilion features a floating white cloud that offers shelter from scorching suns and fierce storms of the Pacific Ocean.
