About the project
The project aims to create a modern office space in Kazan, landscape the area, and propose a solution to the issues of the city’s development plan. It also includes the reconstruction the historical facade of a building along Moskovskaya Street as well as the creation of a street inside it.
The designers view it as important that the space should be used rationally at different times of the day, so the office building can have other functions during non-working hours. It can serve as a venue for presentations, sports events, creative workshops, and exhibitions.
