About the project
The premises of this premium class residential estate are located in the very heart of Yekaterinburg. The new buildings had to fit into the existing development, to be comfortable for their residents, and provide a convenient environment for the passers by. That resulted in a tower with a private green courtyard along the street.
The 22nd Party Convention Park at the residential estate was renewed, and the foliage of its trees keeps whispering and rustling. Commercial premises along Moskovskaya Street have already been occupied by the tenants, but the courtyard offers the shadow and calmness.
