This is a project of a multifunctional culture and leisure centre – an open public space that would improve culture standards in citizens of an industrial town. Moreover, this venue will be a point of attraction for creative people, where interesting initiatives will get support. Here, purposeful leisure will promote informal relations, idea sharing, and best practices.
