About the project
This is a 200-meter-long residential slab with an integrated restaurant and an office. It is surrounded by the woods and stands at a pond. Duplexes and regular apartments offer great views of the natural environment. This project with its parking lots, the beach, footwalks and children playgrounds is a tribute to the works by Felix Novikov, a Soviet architect.
