About the project
The Goudarzi Penthouse project in Babolsar is an impressive 401 sqm in size. Initially, it was only partially constructed with columns and limited walls. The client emphasized innovation and sophistication, integrating cutting-edge technology like underfloor heating and zoned climate control. The penthouse's notable feature is the floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the northern facade, extending east and west. These windows provide ample natural light to the meticulously designed interior spaces. Expansive terraces on the eastern, western, and southern aspects offer a jacuzzi, relaxation zone, fireplace, and barbecue facilities, creating an exceptional setting. Design elements include modern materials like slab ceramic flooring, black mirrors, wooden elements, and transparent glass on the walls. This combination creates a tasteful and harmonious environment. The color scheme, furnishings, and accessories further contribute to the refined ambiance of the space.
