About the project
The minimalistic and modern GP 2301 apartment estate is located in Sochi. The building consists of two main parts, a large white and a smaller black one – a large block of ice colliding with a black marble rock. The black part is clad with black marble, the white one is finished with pebble plaster.
Stairwells and halls are clad with ceramic granite looking like white marble. Interiors and exteriors of the building feature a continuous game of white and black, referring to the fight of good and evil.
