About the project
The 248-m² one-storey house was designed for a family of four. It is divided into three main functional zones:
1) Open plan living area incorporating kitchen and dining zones
2) Private area – a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, children's bedrooms with bathrooms, a pantry and a laundry room
3) Guest bedroom, boiler room, guest bathroom
The house is L-shaped. The living room and the master bedroom adjoin the terrace with a translucent roof.
The house was built of wood in compliance with NATURI technology. The façade has wood color palette, which contrasts with the dark gray windows and roofing.
